All,
Interestingly, the process apparently worked faster than anticipated as we have received word that Fulcrum has re-evaluated the viability of the project (in light of discussions with staff and clearly on public input) and will not be proceeding. The process worked in this way for good or ill (depending on your viewpoint and there were people for and against it and of course the Council had not seen a formal proposal so had formed no opinions as dictated by law 🙂 ) and now we can all take a step back and have further discussions about other potential uses.
